Advanced Teaching Assistant (ATA)

Due to the growing popularity of our Community Nursery we are looking for a flexible, efficient person to join our friendly team for the summer term. The post will involve working in our Nursery/Early Years/Key Stage 1 setting with the class teacher and existing support staff, to provide a stimulating, high quality learning environment for the younger children in our school. We have great facilities and work very closely together with parents and the local day care provision 

This is a temporary post for the summer term of 15 hours per week from 9.00am - 12.00 Midday 5 mornings per week, although this will be reviewed before the start of the autumn term. 

The successful applicant will have a minimum qualification at level 3 or equivalent (e.g. NNEB, NVQL3) and previous experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage would be an advantage.

Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
